Giant Leap Systems, Product redesigns across a B2B suite
Associate UI/UX Designer ·

Context
GLS had a suite of B2B products, a society management app, a warehouse management app, and other data-heavy tools, that had grown feature by feature without a consistent design behind them. I came in as the design layer across the suite, redesigning and revamping the products that needed it most.

Problem
These were dense, functional products carrying a lot of data, but the experience hadn't kept up with the features. Dashboards were cluttered and hard to scan, core screens like sign-up and login were rough, and each product looked and behaved like its own island. Users had to work hard to get simple things done.

What I did
Redesigned and revamped 3–4 products end to end, from high-density dashboards to the sign-up and login flows that set the first impression. Took cluttered, data-heavy screens and gave them clear hierarchy so the important information surfaced first. Built reusable pattern libraries and design guidelines so the products stopped drifting apart and shared one consistent language, which also sped up handoff to engineering.

Outcome
The products became noticeably easier to read and use, the experience felt consistent across the suite instead of stitched together, and the shared pattern library gave the team a faster, steadier way to design and ship.
