Context
An in-house community app for a 250-acre plotted and unplotted township, built from scratch.

Problem
MyGate and NoBroker are built for apartment towers, one gate and one building. A township with many gates, patrol zones and open plots had no answer. The client wanted IoT visitor management, digital elections and advanced security all at once, and nothing was ranked.

What I did
Cut the wishlist down to three flagship flows and owned them end to end. Built a design system that holds in light and dark, and locked the libraries with the devs so design and code pulled from the same source.

Outcome
It started as a POC, so the design had to sell the vision to investors and still be buildable.
